3 Familiar Pains from Sitting at a Desk All Day

Busy professionals often spend a ton of time sitting at a desk. While it doesn’t seem like strenuous work, anyone who actually works a desk job will be happy to tell you all about the many pains that go along with sitting at a desk for long periods of time.

I can relate. At my normal 9-5 job I spend about 90% of my time sitting at a desk. Since I work at a nuclear power plant I sometimes get out in the field, but not very often.

Some nights I’ll come home from work and again spend hours sitting at my desk working on this blog. So I know many of the pains you face from sitting at a desk all day.

But I’ve implemented several strategies that have minimized these pains and ultimately led to both myself and my body being happier at work. And I’m happy to share these strategies with you.
