Tim is a 29-year old Mechanical Engineer and Entrepreneur who is on a mission to help people with extremely busy schedules live fit, happy, and healthy lives. His goal is to help change the landscape of health in our society by making healthy living the norm rather than the exception.

In his spare time Tim enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and her daughter, hiking, reading, snowboarding, bonfires, country concerts, and checking out new restaurants.
